- good for 103 years. Unlike most warranties of building materials,
this Warranty may be transferred to any subsequent owner of the property
where the brick has been used for wall construction. (The Warranty

ever sell the property, he/she only needs to sign over the Limited
Warranty and proof of purchase documents at closing time. |
