Santa Clara Brick Company warrants that its product exceeds the moderate weathering standards indexed for Texas and Louisiana by the American standard for Testing Materials in effect at the time the warranty is issued and that its brick will not fail structurally due to non-compliance with such specifications.

This repair or replacement warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from improper building practices, settling or subsidence of the ground, use of the brick for sidewalks or paving for foot or vehicle traffic, or certain other limiting conditions.

This limited warranty can be transferred by the homeowner to a subsequent owner as part of the sale of the property.
